- Orders within the US ship via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive in 2-3 business days after production. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
- International Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International at a flat rate of $35 and typically arrive 6 to 10 days after production.
- All orders ship with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package.
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order.
- Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- We cut, dye, print in our SHOPHOUSE studio and sew all of our items to order in small runs. Due to the labor intensive nature of our production process, returns of unworn merchandise are accepted within 7 days of receiving your package. We do not offer cash refunds at this time. To request a return, please email info@3rdSeasonDesigns.com with your order number, and we will get back to you shortly!
- We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if an item shows sign of wear, damage, odor or the request is submitted after seven days of item receipt.
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your package.
- All custom orders and rush orders are non-refundable and final sale.
